The firm has permanent professional in-house consultants including the proprietor. When the situation demands, other professionals are hired on need basis so as to fulfill the demands of a specific assignment. These work together with a non-professional support staff.

Proprietor & Cheif Executive Stephen B.M. Wamae

Wamae holds an Upper Second Class Degree honors in B.A. (Land Economics) from the University of Nairobi and is an Msc degree holder in Project Management from JKUAT. He is a full member of the institution of Surveyors of Kenya, Registered Practicing Valuer, a Registered Estate Agent, a Registered Project Manager and has passed exams of an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has worked in various capacities with the Ministry of Lands Valuation Department and Countrywide Developers (K) Ltd, and now Wamae Mureithi & Associates.

He has 40 years' experience in valuation work since graduation and 38 years since admission as a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. He has attended several seminars on valuation and professional Development programs carried out by CASE and Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. He has also attended seminars and conferences abroad.

As the Chief executive all professional work is produced under his guidance. Besides professional duties Wamae is an active member of his church where he is involved in charity work, property and development activities. He is a member and secretary to the Board of Directors of Mariika Ma Mathira Holdings Ltd, a public Limited Liability Company. He is also a BOM member of his old High school. His hobbies include reading and listening to Christian music.

Administration Manager W. Mary Muthoni (Mrs)

Mary holds a B.A. Counseling Psychology first class degree from Africa International University and is a member of Kenya Counseling and Psychological Association (KCPA). She is the Administration Manager at Wamae Mureithi & Associates in charge of Operations and Personnel. Besides official duties, Mary is involved in charity work and is also a motivational speaker with a passion for youth and marriage affairs.

Mary is married with children and grandchildren.
