Stephen B. M. Wamae (Proprietor and Chief Executive)

Wamae MureithiWamae holds an Upper Second Degree honours in B.A.Land Economic from the University of Nairobi. He is a full member of the institution of Surveyor of Kenya, Registered Practicing Valuer, a Registered Estate Agent, has passed exams of an Associates of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has worked in various capacities with the Ministry of Lands Valuation Department, Countrywide Developers (K) Ltd. He has 30 years experience in valuation work since graduation and 28 years since admission as a full member of the institution of surveyors of Kenya. He has attended several seminars on valuation and professional Development programmes carried out by CASLE and Institution of surveyors of Kenya. He has also attended seminars and conferences abroad. As the Chief executive all professional work is produced under his guidance.

Besides professional duties Wamae is a member of the Board of Trustees Shelter Street Children Rehabilitation Centre (NGO), member and secretary to the Board of Directors Mariika Ma Mathira Holdings Ltd, a public Limited Liability Company. His hobbies include reading and listening to Christian music. He is married with four children.

James Githaiga Thirikwa

James GithaigaJames Githaiga holds a B.A Land Economics from the University of Nairobi. He is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and a Registered Practicing Valuer. He has worked in various capacities with Ministry of Lands Valuation Department, Country Wide Development Ltd, Camp Valuers and Wamae Mureithi & Associates.

He is currently the head of Field Inspectors and Market Data Research in Wamae Mureithi & Associates. His hobbies include charity work, reading and listening to Christian music.

Stephen Kamau Mwangi (Valuation Assistant)

Stephen KamauStephen holds Second Class degree honours Lower Division in B.A. Land Economics from the University of Nairobi. He has done research projects on causes, effects and solutions to rent increments in Thika; Social Economics Impact of the Third Nairobi Water Project; and Housing solutions to slum dwellers in Kisumu and Nakuru. He is currently involved in field inspections and valuations of various properties and is an Associate Member of The institution of surveyors of Kenya. His hobbies include charity working in youth programmes, reading and football. He is single.

Mutisya Anthony Mbithi (Valuation Assistant)

Antony holds a Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executive, (ABE) U.K and a First Class Honours' degree in B.A Land Economics from
the University of Nairobi. He has done research projects on 'Sustainable Housing' with specific emphasis on the need to adopt green building technology in Kenya; in order to ensure sustainable development in line with Kenya's Vision 2030 trajectory. He is currently tasked with the responsibility of undertaking Valuation Surveys and preparing Valuation Reports. He is an Associate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. Antony enjoys reading, watching movies and mentoring young people.

Esther Njeri Ndungu

Esther NjeriShe is a Registered Certified Public Accountant of Kenya member.  Before joining Wamae Mureithi & Associates in early 2011, she had worked in various capacities with Block Hotels properties Management Ltd.  She is the Finance Administrator and project management co-ordinator of Wamae Mureithi & Associates.  Her hobbies include reading, music and traveling.
